wmic product get name, identifyingnumber Look for “Realtek AAC” or similar. Run these commands in Admin Command Prompt : Aacsetup.msi
msiexec /unregister msiexec /regserver sfc /scannow Then restart your PC. If the file remains after uninstalling Realtek drivers and causes no issues → leave it . Aacsetup.msi
