Archicad 27 – Validated
Archicad has always been leaner than Revit, but Version 27 handles point clouds and complex site models noticeably better. Panning around a 200MB file with a 50-million-point cloud feels like navigating a PDF. Graphisoft clearly optimized the graphics engine for modern GPUs. While Revit has Dynami and Vectorworks has Marionette, Archicad still relies on third-party add-ons (like Rhino.Inside or Grasshopper-Archicad Connection) for parametric scripting.
