Yuki's real stalker—a former J-idol manager she ruined—is already inside her apartment. The Dandies arrive. The stalker has a knife to Yuki's throat. Sōta charges. Rei stops him with a fan to the chest. "No. Watch."
Yuki Hoshino is leaving a late-night recording session. A swarm of fans—and one man with a box cutter—pushes forward. Before the blade can flash, Rei appears. He doesn't punch. He simply steps between them, opens his fan with a snap , and whispers, "You are tired. Your hand hurts. Go home and sleep." The man drops the blade, dazed. Rei turns to Yuki: "Miss Hoshino. Your perfume is jasmine. That's a poor choice for hiding from dogs."
Yuki smirks. She likes him already.
