The Gamo "Big Cat 1400" is often confused with the Gamo Big Cat 1250 or 1300 . Gamo did produce a Big Cat 1400 primarily for certain markets (sometimes labeled as the Hunter 440 or similar in other regions), but the most common "Big Cat" models are the 1250 and the 1300. The number refers to the velocity in feet per second (FPS) with alloy pellets.
