On Meera’s 20th birthday, Kabir is away delivering a custom bike to a client in Pune. That night, a powerful local politician’s son, Yash Rajput ( Randeep Hooda ), comes to the garage with his goons. He wants to buy the land under Kabir’s shop for a casino. Meera refuses.

One year later. Kabir has built a new garage — with a ramp for wheelchair access. Meera teaches dance to disabled children. Naina’s documentary on their story wins a national award.

Enter Naina ( Triptii Dimri ), a travel vlogger who crashes her car into Kabir’s shop. He fixes it; she films him; romance blooms. Songs in the rain, bike rides on the cliffs, a typical HDB4U first half.

The best action sequence: A through a Mumbai scrap yard. Kabir drives a modified garbage truck; Yash is in an armored Mercedes. Kabir rams the car off a half-built flyover. Yash survives but loses his left arm — poetic justice. Meera refuses

Yash’s father, the MLA, hires a dreaded hitman (special appearance by Suniel Shetty ). Kabir defeats him in a rain-soaked warehouse fight using motorcycle chains and hydraulics.
