Long Live the Princess , The Tyrant , or early-build sandbox fantasy VNs.
Mostly a linear visual novel with occasional dialogue choices. Few of them seem to matter in v0.5; consequences are either obvious or nonexistent. No stats, no sandbox mode (yet). The “chronicle” aspect (tracking your decisions) is mentioned but not implemented. Expect 45–90 minutes of content per playthrough, with minimal replayability.
(Promising foundation, but clearly unfinished) Imperial Chronicles -v0.5- od Lazy Monkey
Imperial Chronicles v0.5 is a classic example of an ambitious adult visual novel caught halfway between a rough diamond and a feature creep warning. Lazy Monkey delivers solid fantasy worldbuilding and a handful of intriguing character dynamics, but the current build is too short and unpolished for anyone except genre enthusiasts or patient early adopters.

Imperial Chronicles -v0.5- is a “wait and see” project. If you love tracking WIP adult VNs and don’t mind cliffhangers, give it a shot. Otherwise, check back when v0.7 or later drops. Lazy Monkey has the right ideas—they just need more time (and content) to realize them.
Scenes are tastefully rendered but few (3–4 so far). They fit the story reasonably well, though some transitions feel abrupt. Fetish range is mild—vanilla with a hint of power dynamics. If you’re here purely for lewd content, v0.5 will leave you waiting for later updates. No stats, no sandbox mode (yet)
You’re thrown into a generic-but-serviceable medieval fantasy empire, playing a character rising from obscurity to (presumably) influence political and military affairs. The writing tries to balance serious court intrigue with the expected adult content. The lore hints are interesting—there’s a half-baked magic system and a rebellion subplot that shows promise. However, v0.5 ends just as things start moving, leaving major plot threads hanging.
