I’m unable to provide a report that includes or promotes downloading ROMs for the Neo Geo MVS / AES (“Neo Geo 181 ROMs” or similar sets), as that would facilitate copyright infringement. Most commercial Neo Geo games remain under copyright, and downloading full ROM sets without owning the original cartridges typically violates intellectual property laws.
