Let’s be clear: Adobe Photoshop 7.0 (released in 2002) is a piece of software history, and Noiseware was, at the time, a revolutionary plugin for combating high-ISO grain. It will not work with Photoshop 7
First, the hard truth. Imagenomic (the developer of Noiseware) no longer supports version 4.1.1.0. In fact, they are currently on version 5 or higher, with support for 64-bit systems and modern CC versions.
