Structural engineer Michael Scofield robs a bank to get sent to the same prison as his wrongly convicted brother Lincoln Burrows (on death row). Michael has the entire prison tattooed on his body as a blueprint.
Michael and Lincoln work with the government to take down The Company (the shadow group behind everything). They collect "Scylla" – six data cards holding the conspiracy’s secrets.
Michael is revealed alive (not dead as shown in S4). He's imprisoned in Yemen under a new identity. Lincoln, Sara, Sucre, T-Bag, and Mahone return.
Michael ends up in Sona. Sara is kidnapped. Lincoln works outside to free them. Michael must break someone else out of an unbreakable prison.
