Rimassoft M3U Editor is a Windows-based software application designed to create, edit, and optimize M3U playlist files. This paper examines the software’s core features, user interface, supported formats, and practical applications for end-users, content aggregators, and system administrators. It also discusses the software’s limitations and compares it to alternative solutions.
